SECTION 1 – DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of online courses from hashan.me are considered final. Unlike physical goods, digital products are accessible immediately upon purchase and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund except under the specific circumstances outlined in Section 2 below.
SECTION 2 – ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
Refund requests are only considered under the following limited conditions:
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same course twice using the same account, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
- Technical Failure: If a verified technical error on our platform prevents you from accessing the course materials for a period exceeding 72 consecutive hours, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue after being notified.
- Unauthorized Transaction: If you can prove that your payment method was used fraudulently to purchase a course on our site.
SECTION 3 – NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- You “change your mind” after gaining access to the course content.
- You find the course content “too difficult” or “not what you expected” (we provide detailed descriptions and curriculum previews to help you make an informed choice before buying).
- Your personal internet connection or hardware is insufficient to stream the videos.
- You are found to be in violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing or recording content).
SECTION 4 – LIFETIME ACCESS
Your purchase entitles you to Lifetime Access to the course materials. This means you will have access to the content as long as the platform is operational. If we decide to retire a course or close the platform, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via the email address provided at checkout, allowing you ample time to complete your studies. No refunds will be issued for “unused” portions of lifetime access.
SECTION 5 – HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund under the eligible criteria in Section 2, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction:

- Required Info: Please include your full name, the email used for the purchase, and a clear explanation/proof of the technical issue or duplicate payment.
SECTION 6 – PROCESSING OF REFUNDS
If your refund is approved, it will be processed through PayHere and credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Mobile Wallet).
- Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
- We do not provide cash refunds.
