SECTION 5 – DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND LIFETIME ACCESS
Our products consist of digital educational courses. Lifetime Access: Upon successful payment, you are granted lifetime access to the specific course materials purchased. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product/website. In the event that the platform is discontinued, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice. License: You are granted a single-user, non-transferable license. You may not share your login credentials or redistribute the content.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. SECTION 13 – REFUNDS
As our products are digital and provide immediate access, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the course content has been accessed. Exceptions are made only for duplicate accidental payments or proven technical failures on our end that prevent access for over 72 hours.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
